The real estate needs of seniors can be a complex and murky topic. For many, the topic brings up many very personal questions that are hard to grapple with and require a great deal of planning that can be scary. Knowing that upwards of 60 percent of all seniors will move upon retirement, seniors have to think about these issues in order to ensure their financial fitness. That’s why the We Talk Real Estate radio program, which airs online and on KTYM 1460 AM in Los Angeles, is devoted to topics involving seniors throughout June 2011. The show is one of the nation’s foremost radio programs devoted to real estate and financial fitness.
